Here is my very first entry of my very first blog. I'm just going to try it out and see how it goes. Kris is in Jakarta this week for a meeting. The boys and I are hanging out in Bandung. They have school this week except for today. Today is Idul Adha and most folks around had a big feast of meat. The big mesjid down the road hosted a giant cow slaughtering. I decided not to attend :)
This week I am taking a break from language study. I am reading, surfing the internet, playing with the kiddoes and basically taking a few days off. I am also doing a lot of shopping. Woohoo! It's nice. I will be ready to hit is hard when Monday comes around.
So there you go. My first entry. For everyone else's sake I hope that subsequent posts are more interesting than this one!
